The automated bending fixture, developed by a team led by Kong Yanfeng, the head of the machining branch, effectively solves the problems of low efficiency and insufficient precision in traditional processes. This device adopts modular design and intelligent control technology, achieving a bending angle error of ≤0.5°, increasing production efficiency by 40%, and achieving a product qualification rate of 99.8%. It is currently widely used in many important fields such as wind power, bridges, and marine engineering.
