Recently, the 2025 Shandong Provincial High-end Intelligent Equipment Industry Innovation and Development Exchange Activity and the 6th Shandong Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Technology Innovation and Development Conference were successfully held in Jinan. For a long time, China has faced technical challenges in the field of high-performance lifting slings, including insufficient material properties, complex molding processes, and low fatigue resistance. Related products have largely relied on imports, hindering the industry's independent development.

Through repeated optimization of material ratios, innovative structural topology, and precision forging process control, the team successfully improved the density and overall performance of the slings, ultimately overcoming a series of critical technological bottlenecks.
The 120-grade lifting slings developed based on this technological achievement have a load-bearing strength more than 50% higher than traditional products and can maintain stable performance under extreme conditions such as low temperatures and corrosion. Authoritative testing has shown that they have reached international advanced levels. This achievement not only fills a domestic technological gap but also breaks the long-term monopoly of foreign brands in the high-end market. It provides reliable and independent basic component support for the development of my country's strategic emerging industries such as new energy equipment, aerospace components, and marine engineering equipment, achieving a significant leap from technology follower to technology leader.
