Shandong Shenli Rigging Successfully Passes Dual CRCC Supervisory Audit for New Standard Changes and New Factor

From March 31 to April 1, Shandong Shenli Rigging Co., Ltd. underwent an on-site audit conducted by an expert panel from the China Railway Inspection and Certification Center (CRCC). Focusing on two key areas—the implementation of the new standard TB/T 2075-2024 for railway products, and the verification of a newly added production facility—the company successfully passed a rigorous two-day supervisory audit.

This audit marked the first time our company has undergone a CRCC supervisory review of its factory quality assurance capabilities following the National Railway Administration's implementation of the new edition of the standard TB/T 2075-2024, titled *Components for Contact Systems of Electrified Railways*. The scope of the audit covered the entire operational workflow following the standard update, including design implementation, process execution, production process control, quality monitoring, equipment maintenance and operation, consistency verification of key components and raw materials, procurement and supplier management, as well as quality traceability and overall system operation.

During the audit, the expert panel visited Shenli’s new intelligent manufacturing facility—located on Jiamei Road within the Jining Economic Development Zone—to conduct on-site inspections. Following a comprehensive assessment, the CRCC audit team unanimously concluded that the company's quality management system operates continuously and effectively; its production processes and workflow controls remain stable; and its quality control measures fully comply with the new standard and CRCC certification regulations. Consequently, the team recommended approval for the audit regarding the standard update and the newly added production site.

The successful completion of this audit serves as an authoritative endorsement of Shenli Rigging's quality control capabilities, while also further validating the new facility's strengths in intelligent and standardized manufacturing. Moving forward, Shandong Shenli Rigging will continue to optimize its processes and enhance product quality, thereby providing stable and reliable product support for the construction of electrified railways and the high-quality development of rail transit systems.
