Recently, the 2026 Jining City Leading Industries and Jining City "Skill Champion" Vocational Skills Competition—the citywide machine tool processing industry vocational skills competition—successfully concluded. This competition, a Class A municipal-level vocational skills competition, was hosted by the Jining Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Jining Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Sishui County People's Government. The CNC lathe operator competition was assessed according to the standards for senior technicians and above, consisting of a written theoretical exam and a practical operation. The practical operation accounted for 70% of the score, focusing on testing the contestants' machining accuracy, operational procedures, and safe and civilized production levels. Numerous industry experts from across the city competed on this stage, promoting learning through competition, cultivating highly skilled talent, and contributing to the high-quality development of the city's equipment manufacturing industry.
Liu Guangli, Liu Qinglong, and Liu Zhiyao are all key technical personnel in CNC machining, deeply rooted in the production line. Having spent years working on precision parts processing in the workshop, they are proficient in CNC programming and machine tool debugging, repeatedly optimizing processing techniques and strictly adhering to product quality and precision. Facing various technical challenges on the production floor, the three diligently study and practice, actively participating in process improvement and effectively overcoming numerous practical bottlenecks in production. Within their team, they enthusiastically pass on their skills and experience, readily sharing their accumulated practical expertise with colleagues, driving a steady improvement in the overall skill level of the team. They are hardworking, dedicated, and technically skilled craftsmen in the workshop.

Facing the dual challenges of theoretical questions and practical machining, they remained calm and skillful, strictly adhering to operating procedures, precisely controlling every processing detail, fully demonstrating the true skills honed on their posts on the competition stage, vividly interpreting the spirit of craftsmanship—striving for excellence and pursuing perfection—of Shenli Rigging's industrial workers.
