The competition was jointly hosted by the Shandong Association for Science and Technology, the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Following rigorous multi-level screening across the province's cities and state-owned enterprises, 50 projects advanced to the finals. After multiple rounds of strict evaluation—including document review, on-site presentations, and expert Q&A sessions—10 projects were awarded the Second Prize, with Shenli Rigging among them. This honor serves as official recognition of the company's innovation capabilities in digitalization and intelligence. Leveraging the China Association for Science and Technology's patent information resource system, the project established a standardized R&D workflow: "search first, then develop, innovate further, and strategically deploy." The R&D team conducted a comprehensive search of over 200 global patents in the rigging monitoring field and systematically analyzed the limitations of existing technical approaches. By integrating TRIZ innovation methods with AI deep learning algorithms, they constructed a complete technical solution covering data acquisition, feature extraction, intelligent diagnosis, and service life prediction.

In terms of implementation, the project utilizes multi-source sensor fusion technology and lightweight AI inference models to achieve real-time identification of minor rigging damage, dynamic health status warnings, and quantitative prediction of remaining service life. This solution transforms traditional manual inspection methods and employs a differentiated technical design that effectively avoids patent infringement risks, establishing a technology portfolio with independent intellectual property rights.
